GreenWorks Lawn Solutions is locally owned. 10+ years in, we care for about 525 lawns across Kosciusko, Whitley, southwest Allen and Huntington counties, Indiana.
Who we are
Lawn health and pest control, and nothing else
The shop sits at 3243 S State Rd 13, Pierceton, IN 46562. From there we work Warsaw and the towns around it, Winona Lake, Leesburg, Syracuse, North Webster, Columbia City, Larwill, South Whitley, Milford, Roanoke, and the Aboite side of Allen County.
Steven Elder started GreenWorks, and Alex Griffith later came on as an owner. Both run it hands-on. No franchise, no corporate office. The person quoting your property is accountable for how it looks in August, and a question about a spot in the back yard gets a real answer, not a case number.
We're specialists, not a general grounds contractor. Fertilization, weed control, soil fertility, aeration, overseeding, dethatching, grubs, turf disease, and outdoor pest control, that's the list. No mowing, no landscaping. Plenty of our customers keep a mowing company and use us for everything else.

What a visit actually looks like
A technician walks the lawn before anything goes down. Turf changes week to week, and the right application in June isn't the right one two weeks later after a hot stretch.
The application goes down at the rate the program calls for. Gates get closed behind us, and you get a note with what was applied and how long to stay off. If we spot something starting, disease pressure, a grub problem, a thin patch, you hear about it while it's still small.
