Standard ONE-AP

Our Standard ONE-AP program is designed for non-irrigated lawns. We utilize our ONE-AP maintain blend which provides season long fertilization. This product will only release nutrients when the correct temperatures and moisture are present. This optimizes nutrient to plant uptake keeping your lawn healthy all year long

Standard ONE-AP includes:

• Season long fertilization
• Pre-emergent for annual weeds and grasses
• Optimally timed spring and fall broadleaf control (includes violet, creeping charlie, etc.)
• Periodic lawn health checks
• Optional nutsedge and summer annual control

Advanced ONE-AP

Our Advanced ONE-AP program is designed for high maintenance lawns, who generally irrigate during the summer months, but not exclusively. This program offers optimal nutrition utilizing the ONE-AP North blend that is a mixture of urea and ammonium sulfate giving your lawn a dark, deep green color year-round. This is our premium blend.

Advanced ONE-AP includes:

• Season long fertilization
• Pre-emergent for annual weeds and grasses
• Optimally timed spring and fall broadleaf control (includes violet, creeping charlie, etc.)
• Grub/Chafer prevention
• Periodic lawn health checks
• Summer weed control (nutsedge/crabgrass)

Commercial ONE-AP

Our commercial ONE-AP program is designed for commercial properties, sports facilities, businesses, and residential customers with lawns that exceed 1.5 acres.
