Services
All lawn health and exterior pest control services provided by GreenWorks Lawn Solutions are subject to a written estimate or work order agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work. Prices quoted on this website are for general reference only and are subject to change based on site conditions.
Limitation of liability
GreenWorks Lawn Solutions's liability for any claims arising from services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid for those services. GreenWorks Lawn Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by third parties.
Permits and inspections
GreenWorks Lawn Solutions obtains all required permits for work that requires them under Indiana state law and Kosciusko County local requirements. The customer is responsible for providing access for required inspections.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in the individual work order or estimate. GreenWorks Lawn Solutions reserves the right to charge a fee for returned checks or failed electronic payments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
